Subscription Successful! Welcome To My Recipe Club

Dear Fellow Foodie,

Thank you for signing up. I’m looking forward to sending you lots of lovely recipes and letting you in on all the cooking techniques, tips, tricks and shortcuts I’ve learnt from a lifetime of cooking – both professionally and for my family.

If there’s one thing that drives me mad, it’s inaccurate, badly explained recipes – and since the cooking scene exploded they’re everywhere these days! I promise you none of mine are like that. I personally cook and test every recipe I show you, so you can be certain they’ll always turn out perfectly.

If you’re having a problem getting a recipe to work, let me know in the box below and I’ll do what I can to help.

Best wishes,

Uma

I’d like to receive your emails/recipes, please.
I’ve been making apple and clove, and apple and rosemary jelly, so can’t wait to try your apple and sage next. Jenny

  2. Fantastic site – lovely recipes – I look forward to hearing from Uma always. I am rushing home to serve up Crispy Squid with Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce!

  3. Hi – very good site you have established. I enjoyed reading this posting. I did want to issue a comment to tell you that the design of this site is very aesthetically delightful. I used to be a graphic designer, now I am a copy editor in chief for a marketing firm. I have always enjoyed functioning with computers and am attempting to learn computer code in my spare time (which there is never enough of lol).

I am a member of a gourmet cooking group and I was looking for a “light”recipe for Valentines day. Your Salmon en croute looks like it will fit the bill. Something “red” – I’m going to pair it with some lghtly roasted (olive oiled/thyme) cherry tomatoes – with a little chopped shallot – yummy.

We have a group of 16 (4 couples per house) we meet monthly, hosts plan the menu then everyone else comments on it – is it a keeper or a dud!

Uma – I’m so looking forward to getting recipes & ideas from you! I ‘discovered’ you thru’ a very good English friend who uses your recipes all the time & while I’m unable to physically be there, I can at least start making some of your scrumptious dishes.
Thanks so much for sharing your talent with others…
