Ingredients:
100g packet mini asparagus tips
250g packet prosciutto ( Salumeo from Lidl is good)
Equipment:
Baking sheet or tray
Here’s What You Do:
Pre heat the oven to 200ºC/Gas 6.
Lightly grease a baking tray with butter.
Cut off any fat from the ham.
Divide each slice in half lengthways.
Roll the asparagus over the ham and stop at the tip.
Arrange on a baking tray and cook on the top oven shelf for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
N.B Don’t season, as baking brings out the salt in the ham.
