Dead easy canapés

These are the easiest canapés on the planet. Make several hours in advance and keep in the fridge, covered with cling film. I buy Twinner smoked pork salami with coarse pepper from Lidl. At 79p a packet it’s amazing value and just as good as more expensive brands.

Makes: 28 canapes
Preparation Time:10 minutes
Effort Level: Dead easy

Ingredients:
200g pepper salami
1 jar Mrs Elsenhams Sweet & Sour Dill Pickles
150g Boursin

Equipment:
Chopping board and sharp knife

Here’s What You Do:
Cut each pickle lengthways into eight’s.
Now cut them in half widthways.
Spread a thin layer of boursin over each salami.
Lay a piece of pickle on top and roll into a cone.
Secure the salami in place with the boursin.
Serve.
