Yoghurt & Basil Dressing

A taste of the Mediterranean

Light and creamy salad dressing, perfect with all kinds of salad vegetables or chargrilled vegetables.

4 tbsp mild Bio yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 heaped tbsp basil leaves

Here’s What You Do:
Stack the basil leaves one on top of each other. Roll into a cigarette shape and slice horizontally into thin ribbons.

Mix everything together in a small bowl and use for pouring over salads or char-grilled vegetables.
