Ingredients:
250ml bio yogurt
2 level tsp ground cumin
Pinch salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Large handful fresh mint leaves – approx 1 heaped tbsp when chopped
Here’s What You Do:
Chop the mint finely and add to the yogurt with the lemon juice and cumin. Stir well and season with salt and more lemon juice if required.
