
Nice For A Nibble!
For those times when you’re grazing around the fridge looking for a tasty late night snack to tickle your taste buds.
Serves: 2

Shelf Life: Eat immediately
Ingredients:
1 mozzarella ball
3-5 basil leaves (depending on leaf size)
3 Greek kalamata olives (pitted)
¼ red bird eye chilli
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Here’s What You Do:
Thinly slice the mozzarella and arrange so they overlap slightly on a small plate.
Drizzle generously with olive oil and add a few grinds of sea salt
Remove the stones from the olives, slice thinly then scatter over the cheese.
Stack the basil leaves on top of one another, roll into a cigarette shape then slice acrossways into thin strips and arrange over the cheese.
Snip very thin strips of chilli onto the cheese.
Eat!
