Fab! It contains everyday storecupboard ingredients

Serves:2 as a snack, 4 as hors d’oeuvres
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Effort Level: Dead easy
Shelf Life: 2 days in fridge

Ingredients:
1 tbsp black pitted olives
1/2 tbsp capers
200g tin of tuna in oil  – (net drained weight)
3 anchovy fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
1 small bunch parsley
1 small lemon
fresh black pepper
Ciabatta loaf

Equipment:
Chopping board and sharp knife
Food processor
Fine microplane

Here’s What You Do:
Drain the tuna and tip into the processor. Grate the lemon and squeeze the juice from half and add this to the processor along with all the remaining ingredients. Whizz together until a paste is formed, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl if necessary.

Serve on hot toasted ciabatta. Yum!
