Ooohh, what fun us girls had at your canape demo class the other week . Thanks for sharing all your tips and techniques. I repeated virtually everything at our annual drinks bash on Saturday. I had a bit of trouble wrapping the bacon around the prunes and couldn’t get colemans mustard in a tube so had to spoon it in which was a bit fiddly, but other than that it went without a hitch. Everyone commented on how wonderful and unusual the canapes were and someone even asked had I got caterers in!!! I will definitely make these again now that I know how easy they are to prepare. Thank you very much Uma!

Your cooking class came highly recommended and I’m so glad I took the plunge and booked up. The time passed in a flash, all the information was solid and practical. We learnt useful techniques and mind bogglingly simple ways of putting together some deliciously tasty canapes . All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Looking forward to making them over Christmas and impressing friends and family.
